4:21 a.m. — Police investigated a theft report on North First Street in Hermiston.

12:18 p.m. — A dispute was reported at Jefferson Street in Umatilla.

12:52 p.m. — Theft of a scooter was reported at the Oregon Trail Library on Northeast Main Avenue in Irrigon.

1:27 p.m. — Stanfield police were called to Pilot Truck Stop on South Highway 395 in Stanfield for a reported dispute.

2:06 p.m. — Theft was reported on North First Street in Hermiston.

7:31 p.m. — Theft was reported at the Irrigon Shell Station on East Highway 730.

11:52 p.m. — Umatilla police received a report of shots fired on Willamette Avenue and Columbia Boulevard.

SATURDAY

12:19 a.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on Columbia Boulevard in Umatilla.

12:58 a.m. — An explosion was reported at Highway 207 and Feedville Road near Hermiston, but police were unable to locate any disturbance.

11:36 a.m. — A man was transported to the hospital by the Boardman ambulance after a farming accident at CSS Farms on Tower Road.

8:47 p.m. — Police received a report of theft at North First Street in Hermiston.

10:03 p.m. — The Boardman Fire Department responded to a fence on fire at Marker 40 Golf Club on Toms Camp Road in Boardman.

11:55 p.m. — Sam's Corner Market, 107 E. Broadway Ave., Milton-Freewater, reported the theft of beer.

SUNDAY

11:03 a.m. — Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported on West Linda Avenue in Hermiston.

12:29 p.m. — Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported at Outwest Motel on Highway 11 in Milton-Freewater.

2:53 p.m. — Police responded to a domestic disturbance on North Broad Street in Weston.

8:49 p.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff's Office received a report of possible child abuse/neglect at the Boardman Rest Area on Interstate 84, but were unable to locate any suspicious activity.

9:04 p.m. — Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported on Chenowith Avenue in Umatilla.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

•The Boardman Police Department arrested Noe Francisco Sanchez, 20, on three misdemeanor counts, including driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol), reckless driving and hit-and-run.

•The Morrow County Sheriff's Office arrested Robert M. Minton and Ashley Dawn Dollarhide for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence). Minton was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail in Pendleton; Dollarhide was cited and released.

•Hermiston police arrested Devin Lindsey Christensen, 30, on felony and misdemeanor charges of attempting to elude/flee police and two counts of second-degree theft (misdemeanors).

•The Morrow County Sheriff's Office arrested Anthony Culps Jr., 23, on misdemeanor charges of DUII (alcohol), reckless driving and reckless endangerment.

•Oregon State Police cited and released Elizabeth Francis Edinger, 43, for DUII (alcohol).

•Oregon State Police cited and released Anthony T. Thomas, 31, for DUII (alcohol).

•Oregon State Police arrested Maria Louisa Gonzalez, 61, for DUII (alcohol) and reckless driving.

•Oregon State Police arrested Jonathan Prescott Williams, 43, for DUII (controlled substances) and on a parole violation.
