7:20 a.m. - Vandals in Milton-Freewater spray-painted gang-related graffiti on a house and several cars on the 1200 block of Chestnut Street.

7:54 a.m. - Umatilla police took a report of graffiti on Sonesta Court, and about three-and-half hours later took another at Umatilla Baptist Church, 146 Columbia Blvd., Umatilla.

10:34 a.m. - A Hermiston woman on East Dogwood Avenue told police her neighbor constantly harasses her. She said her property manager told her to file a complaint with police.

12:11 p.m. - A male yelled and swore at a female at Aflac, 256 E. Hurlburt Ave, Hermiston.

2:11 p.m. - A woman on Southwest Isaac Avenue, Pendleton, reported a male and female were in her yard “having a domestic” in front of the two small children with them.

2:24 p.m. - A Hermiston resident told police his parents told him they were switching his vehicle from their name to his name, but they never did. However, they stole his vehicle from the U.S. Cellular parking lot, 650 N. First St., and won’t let him have the title.

2:29 p.m. - Staff at Zeigler Transmission & Auto Repair Inc., 3401 Westgate Drive, Pendleton, reported telephonic harassment. Then a manager at 8:06 p.m., Kind Leaf Pendleton, 1733 S.W. Court Ave., also reported a harassing call.

3:35 p.m. - Multiple agencies responded to a grass fire threatening a house at 81634 Lind Road, Hermiston.

4:55 p.m. - An Irrigon man on Southeast Thomas Avenue told law enforcement the goat causing problems returned and ate all trees on the property. He said if a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy does not respond he will kill the goat. A deputy did not find the animal culprit.

7:07 p.m. - Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to Toms Camp Road, Boardman, for a teenager who barricaded himself into his father’s shop and shut off the water. Deputies talked to both parties at the scene.

7:54 p.m. - A caller reported vandalism to a car on the 10 block of Southeast 11th Avenue, Milton-Freewater.

9:28 p.m. - A deer struck the rear of a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy’s car at Bunker Hill Lane and Highway 74, Heppner.

10:49 p.m. - Hermiston police received a report of a fight at Walmart, 1350 N. First St., Hermiston.

•Pendleton police arrested Tanner Scott Nicoson, 24, of 1203 S.W. 23rd St., Pendleton, for identity theft, second-degree forgery and credit card fraud.

•Pendleton police arrested Lorne K. Wicks, 63, of British Columbia, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
