11:20 a.m. - A Hermiston woman sought police help for a female who “keeps calling and wanting financial assistance.”
12:28 a.m. - Pendleton police responded to a report of a possibly intoxicated man lying on his back in the middle of the intersection near Indian Hills Chevron, 309 S.W. Nye Ave.
2:23 p.m. - A woman in Hermiston told police she is having problems with individuals spreading rumors on the Internet.
2:36 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report on the theft of batteries and fuel from a gravel pit at the end of West Sixth Street near Columbia Lane, Irrigon.
6:23 p.m. - Pendleton police received a domestic disturbance report about a residence on Southeast 11th Street, the first of three calls about domestic disturbances in little more than an hour. The next came at 6:50 p.m. from Pioneer Park, 400 N.W. Despain Ave., and the third was a 7:39 p.m. from a home on Southeast 11th Street,
8:58 p.m. - Multiple dogs at large drew a complaint from an Irrigon resident at Southeast Utah Avenue and Seventh Street.
•Hermiston police arrested Noel Marie Weems, 26, address not provided, for possession of heroin.
•Boardman police at 11:17 a.m. responded to the 300 block of Malheur Court on a report of a man who smashed a woman’s TV and the window in her Ford Bronco, then went back into the residence. Officers arrested Darren Ned Humbert, 58, of Milton-Freewater, on parole and probation warrants and booked him into the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton.
•Pendleton police arrested Darcinae Fern Thacker, 35, of Pendleton, for possession of methamphetamine.
•Umatilla police arrested Jeremy Edward Machado, 26, no address provided, for fourth-degree assault and strangulation.
•Pendleton police arrested Jermaine Royce Thomas, 36, of Pendleton, for fourth-degree assault.
