Pendleton police arrested a couple for domestic violence. Vincent Lee Willingham, 26, of 705 S.W. 13th St., called police at 5:07 a.m. and reported he fought with his wife. He said he punched her in the face and used his elbow to strike the back of her head, causing severe bleeding and injuries.
Doctors at St. Anthony Hospital, Pendleton, evaluated Kola Willingham, 24, and police cited her for domestic violence and released her. Police booked Vincent Willingham into the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, on a charge of domestic violence.
