FRIDAY

•Fire burned a house at 610 W. Sperry St., Heppner. Emergency agencies at 12:37 a.m. received the call to respond. No one lived at the house, according to dispatch reports.

•A caller at 5:46 a.m. reported the theft of a Mitsubishi Lancer from Southgate Village Apartments, 1105 S. First St., Hermiston.

•Two young people in a Ford Bronco at about 8:20 a.m. ran into a fence at baseball fields and tore out the walking path at South Townsend Avenue and East Diagonal Boulevard, Hermiston. No one appeared to have suffered an injury, a caller said.

•A Pilot Rock man at 9:01 a.m. reported the theft of five radiators from cars on his property on the 69100 block of Shaw Road.

•A woman at 10:06 a.m. reported someone smashed out a window of her blue Honda Odyssey and stole her purse with wallet and a video camera on the 80900 block of Highway 395 North, Hermiston.

•A Pendleton woman at 10:16 a.m. reported the theft of $600 worth of bus tickets when someone forged her name for mail delivery on the 2700 block of Northeast Riverside Avenue.

•A man at 11:58 a.m. reported the theft of his Honda 85cc motorcycle worth $1,800 from the 32100 block of Baxter Road, Hermiston.

•Pendleton police at about 4:10 p.m. trespassed a registered sex offender from West Hills Intermediate School, 1700 N.W. 15th Drive, Pendleton, after a caller reported the man was on school property. The man left at the officer’s order.

SATURDAY

•A male at 3:33 a.m. told dispatchers he was going to jump from Bedford Bridge, Pendleton. Pendleton police tried to find the caller, and dispatchers tried to find where he was, but the caller refused to say. Police were not able to find the man.

•A thief or thieves stole two 50-inch TVs from a van at Oxford Suites, 1050 N. First St., Hermiston, a caller reported at 7:48 a.m. He also said another trailer was broken into as well.

•Two women from Sweet Home, Idaho, crashed a vehicle at about 8:15 a.m. on the eastbound side of Interstate 84 near milepost 241. Oregon State Police reported the vehicle hit an icy spot, lost control, left the roadway, flipped onto its top and slid into the rock bank. State police did not report any injuries.

•A man at 9:37 a.m. told Milton-Freewater police someone stole items from his unlocked van on the 100 block of South Main Street.

•A caller at 11:16 a.m. reported someone stole items from a vehicle on the 900 block of Cowl Street, Milton-Freewater.

•A mother at 11:48 a.m. reported a 10-year-old boy with a piece of wood assaulted her 10-year-old boy on the 300 block of Southwest 28th Drive, Pendleton. Police found four juveniles were involved. The department sent the report to the Umatilla County Juvenile Department for review of charges against all the juveniles.

•Two electronic tablets were stolen from Walgreens, 144 S.W. 20th St., Pendleton, a caller at 11:46 a.m. told police.

•Pendleton police at 6:58 p.m. received a report of child abuse. An officer responded, and the girl who made the accusation said she lied and suffered scratches and bruises from a dog that jumped on her. Police determined this was not child abuse.

•A caller at 11:08 p.m. told Pilot Rock police that a man pulled a knife on someone in the bar at Archie’s Restaurant, 194 W. Main St., Pilot Rock.

SUNDAY

•An intoxicated driver and passengers were at the drive-through at McDonalds, 1320 N. First St., Hermiston, an employee reported at 3:03 a.m.

•Someone shot a muzzle loader into the water at Lake Wallula, 82925 Devore Road, Umatilla, a caller reported at 1:50 p.m.

•A Pendleton caller at 2:37 p.m. reported the theft of her laptop, driver’s license and electronic benefit transfer card from her residence on the 300 block of Southwest Second Street.

•A suspicious solicitor sought money and food for disaster victims in the Philippines, a Athena resident reported at 6:23 p.m.

•A Umatilla woman told police at 7:40 p.m. that $1,000 and an iPod were missing from her house on the 400 block of Pendleton Avenue after a party there Friday.

•Someone stole 15 bags of cans from an apartment at 420 S.W. Seventh St., Pendleton, a caller reported at 10:46 p.m.

•Pendleton police arrested Jacob Thomas Dammarell, 21, no address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

•Umatilla police arrested Shealee Bailey, 24, no address provided, for possession of methamphetamine and cocaine.

Saturday

•Milton-Freewater police arrested David A. Knapp, 42, of Walla Walla, for duii, no insurance and on a Umatilla County warrant for failure to appear in a duii case.

•Oregon State Police arrested Robert Walker Millhaem, 35, no address provided, for manufacture, delivery and possession of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a weapon, as well as on three warrants.

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Frank Matthew Thompson, 50, no address provided, for duii and failure to register as a sex offender.

Sunday

•Pendleton police arrested Marquis Jordan George, 21, of Pendleton, for first-degree criminal mischief in connection to breaking out windows at Maverick Spa & Boutique, 148 S. Main St.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Emil B. Johnson, 41, of Milton-Freewater for felony driving while suspended.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Francisco Espinoza-Nopala, 34, no address provided, for second-degree kidnapping and second-degree custodial interference.
