TUESDAY

•Pendleton police at 12:36 a.m. received an anonymous report of minors drinking in the 500 block of Southwest Fifth Street.

•An employee of Circle C Equipment, 333 E. Feedville Road, Hermiston, at 7:35 a.m. reported the theft of two bottles of argon and other items and an attempted theft of oxygen and acetylene bottles.

•A man at 8:34 a.m. reported the theft of change, coveralls and a company phone from a vehicle on Baxter Road, Hermiston. He also stated the vehicle was unlocked.

•A manager of Eastside Market, 582 E. Main St., Hermiston, called police at 9:49 p.m. to report an surveillance video shows an employee and her boyfriend stole from the business.

•A Hermiston woman at 11:47 a.m. asked to speak to an officer because she saw two vehicles disregard the bus driver's stop sign while her child was exiting the bus in the 300 block of East Gladys Avenue, Hermiston. 

•A Pendleton man at 11:54 a.m. reported he may have found his .40-caliber Smith & Wesson Glock Model 22 at Barnum’s Trading Post, 28 S.E. Emigrant Ave.

•Hermiston police warned employees of Jiffy Lube, 345 N. First St., Hermiston, about staying out of the road after a caller at 12:42 p.m. reported they had jumped into the road next to a car, making the driver swerve into the next lane.

•An employee of Pendleton Family Medicine, 3137 S.W. Hailey Ave., at 5:05 p.m. reported a cold case of domestic violence. The caller told police a woman reported her husband last Friday “tried to pour a bottle of prescription medication down her throat.” The employee also stated the woman said she got a black eye while getting away from her husband. An officer responded and took a report.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Donald Bishop, 42, of Walla Walla, for possession of methamphetamine.

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard D. Streck, 36, no address provided, for second-degree burglary, a felony, misdemeanors of second-degree theft, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and for warrants.

•Stanfield police arrested Jason Lee Troyer, 35, no address provided, for felon in possession of a weapon, possession of a precursor substance and possession of methamphetamines, all felonies.
