Vehicle theft

A Hermiston resident on Sagebrush Road reported he brought his pickup home Monday night at 10:30 and when he went out this morning he saw someone had taken it and returned it “all dirty.” He said it “looked like someone had taken it four-wheeling.”

Vehicle theft again

A Milton-Freewater man reported the theft of his Econ-90 four-wheeler from Eastside Road.

Fight

Pendleton police at 2:50 a.m. responded to call about a fight in the 300 block of South Main Street.

Round up these horses as well

A Pendleton resident called police at 7:40 a.m. to report his two horses escaped from their corral at Southwest Nye Avenue and Tutuilla Road. One horse is a brown and white paint mare, the other is a brown mare with a brown mane. He said he wanted police to be aware of the situation.

Tool theft

Thieves stole tools and other items from Morrow County vehicles parked at the tool shop in Boardman.

Garden theft

A Milton-Freewater woman called police at 11:53 a.m. to report two people in a dark green four-door vehicle pulled up to her vegetable garden and stole all of her tomatoes.

More phony money

The manager of the Shell station at 313 S.E. Nye Ave., Pendleton, reported the business received a fake $20 bill the night before. This is at least the second report this week of counterfeit money in Pendleton.

Field fire

A field fire in Helix also caught a tractor on fire on Kings Corner Road. Local agencies received an emergency call at about 4:25 p.m. to respond.

Cellphone for ransom

A Hermiston man called police at 5:07 p.m. to report he lost a company cellphone and when he called the number a male answered and said he would return the phone for $50. The man also told police his employers have terminated the cellphone’s service.

THURSDAY

Emergency response

Police and paramedics responded to a 9-1-1- call at 3:12 a.m. about a 24-year-old man having seizures, possibly from alcohol poisoning.

Tuesday

Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office cited Angel Mesa Chanolla, no age or address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Wednesday

•Pendleton police cited Walter Lewis Clark Jr., 64, 514 S.W. 13th St., Pendleton, for DUII (drugs) and possession of methamphetamine.

•Oregon State Police arrested Cody Ezra Nowland, 28, of 509 Hawthorne Loop, Pendleton, for DUII and possession of hashish.

•Umatilla police arrested Gregory Edward Thomas, 58, no address provided, for DUII and reckless driving.

Thursday

•Pendleton police cited Brisa Velazquez, 26, of 1902 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, for DUII.
