Two goats were reported missing at 7:58 a.m. when a resident of the 1200 block of Minnehaha Road, Hermiston, called the Umatilla County Sheriffs Office to say his fence had been cut.
Hermiston police received a call at 8:05 a.m. from Sunset Elementary School, 300 E. Catherine Ave., from a caller who said he had been assaulted in front of the school by his friends grandmother. He requested a police officer meet him at his home so he could show them where the woman lives.
At 8:20 a.m. a teacher at Hermiston High School called the Hermiston Police Department to report a car had run into the back of a bus that was stopped at the railroad crossing at East Highland Avenue and South First Street. The teacher requested phone contact.
Pendleton police at 9:16 a.m. received a report of a possible sex crime.
Milton-Freewater police received a call at 3 p.m. from a resident who reported his Jeep had just been hit by a Milton-Freewater School District bus, causing significant damage.
A Milton-Freewater resident on Southeast 12th Avenue reported at 3:11 p.m. his house had been burglarized and items were missing. Milton-Freewater police responded to take a theft report.
The Morrow County Sheriffs Office at 3:43 p.m. received a report that a dead buck was found lying next to the concession stand at the baseball field in the 700 block of Southeast Hager Street, Heppner. Oregon Dept. of Fish and Wildlife was notified.
A Umatilla man at 3:46 p.m. reported his utility trailer stolen from the 1200 block of Fifth Street.
Weston police received a report at 9:05 p.m. from a resident of the 57000 block of Narkus Lane who said a man was riding an ATV down a county road last weekend after he took down gates on his property and rode the ATV?over them, damaging two of the gates. He wanted to sign a complaint because the ATV?rider does not have a drivers license.
