WEDNESDAY

•A man at 7:27 p.m. reported someone broke into his house in the 300 block of Walla Walla Street, Umatilla. He told police he is missing a trunk with keepsakes in it and other items. He also said his neighbor's house also might have been broken into, and he identified a possible suspect.

•A woman at 9:07 a.m. told Pendleton police a suspicious man was snooping around homes in the 400 Block of Southwest Seventh Street. An officer spotted a man and warned him about trespassing and banned him from going onto the caller’s property.

•The manager of Wendy's, 824 Southgate, Pendleton, told police a former employee refuses to return keys to the business. An officer talked to the key keeper, who said she would return the keys when she receives her paycheck.

•A mother at 2:41 p.m. told Pendleton police that older children stole her children’s soccer ball and locked them inside the playground at Washington School, 1205 S.E. Byers Ave. An officer found the older boys in the first block of Southeast 10th Street and resolved the situation.

•A caller at 3:17 p.m. told Umatilla police that drivers are running the stop sign at the intersection of Seventh and F streets. He said he was worried someone might run over a child because the location is near soccer fields and school is out for spring break. He asked police to send an officer to watch the intersection.

•A 30-year-old woman with a knife wound to her left arm sought treatment at St. Anthony Hospital, 1601 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, a hospital worker informed Pendleton police at 4:43 p.m. An officer talked to the injured woman and are looking for a domestic violence suspect.

•A caller at 5:46 p.m. told Hermiston police someone stole her son’s computer from her residence at Chateaubri Mobile Home Park, 1030 S.W 11th St., Hermiston.

•A caller at 6:21 p.m. told Hermiston police three juvenile boys 12-13 years old were misbehaving with BB guns near West Divisions Avenue and Southwest Seventh Street. Each had a BB gun, the caller said, and one boy pointed a gun at the head of one of the other boys, and another pointed a gun at the caller’s dog. One boy wore red shorts, one wore Dickie coveralls and the third wore a black and brown striped sweatshirt.

•A Weston-area man at 4:59 p.m. reported someone cut down a red fir tree on his property and damaged a fence in the 78000 block of Lower Basket Mountain Road. He said people have cut down his trees in the past.

•A man at 8:58 p.m. told the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office someone broke into his pickup outside his residence in the 53700 block of Appleton Road, Milton-Freewater, and stole his CDs, an iPod dock, his wallet, which had $400 cash and identification, and other items.

•Stanfield police arrested Lorraine Marie Montee, 34, no address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Thursday

•Oregon State Police cited Everado Campos-Avalos, 30, of Hermiston, for DUII, open container, no driver’s license and driving uninsured.
