As of 8 a.m. today, there were 145 inmates in the Umatilla County Jail. Police booked at least 16 people in the jail since Friday morning.

Today's total also includes 17 Morrow County inmates (four of whom police booked since Friday) and five inmates from the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (one who was booked since Friday).

Also, there are 22 female inmates and 123 male inmates in the jail.

?Inmates with arrests for rape: 4

?Inmates with arrests for murder or manslaughter: 4

?Inmates with U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service holds: 9

?Fugitives from another state: 5

?And there are 18 inmates in the jail for parole violations and 33 for probation violations.
