Western Oregon University volleyball coach John Houck will instruct a volleyball camp at Pendleton high school August 2 and 3.

The camp is for incoming freshmen through seniors and open to athletes from any school.

There is a 24-student maximum, so Houck and an assistant coach can maintain a 12-to-1 student-to-instructor ratio.

Houck has a strong history of successful coaching, including leading Gresham High School to four state championships and Concordia to a national title.

Registration forms can be found at the Pendleton High School website and at Dean's Athletic in downtown Pendleton.

Call Pendleton coach Dave Baty at 377-9369 for more information.
