Following are the East Oregonian's selections for the All-EO all-stars. All players in the EO's coverage area are eligible for the team regardless of school class or their school's position in Oregon's ranking system.

The team was selected based on statistics provided by coaches and are listed in no particular order within the All-EO teams. Team's final records were not considered when putting together the team.

As the All-EO Player of the Year, Hermiston's Candice Castro is not listed on an All-EO team.

First team:

Pitcher: Samantha Pedro, Riverside - Pedro pitched all but five innings this past season for the Pirates, striking out 66 batters while walking 12 and posting and ERA of 2.04. She was 9-0 with two shutouts. Her batting average was .550 with three home runs, four doubles, one triple and 21 RBI's. Her slugging percentage was .925.

Andrea Pedro, Pilot Rock - Pedro posted a 10-1 record for Pilot Rock this season with a 1.06 ERA.

Karissa Griggs, Weston-McEwen - Griggs was 17-4 with and ERA of .883 for the TigerScots. She stuck out 102 batters while allowing 22 walks. She also batted .436 with an on-base percentage of .504. She led her team in steals with 14 and runs wth 35.

Catcher: Jordan Mittelsdorf, Riverside - Mittelsdorf was a part of 71 putouts from behind home plate with a perfect fielding percentage this past season. She batted .368 with 17 RBI's and 17 runs and recorded five doubles, one triple and one home run.

Kayla Schroeder, Weston-McEwen - Schroeder batted .474 for the TigerScots with 19 RBI's and 12 stolen bases. She posted an on-base percentage of .541 and a fielding percentage of .957.

Infield: Shanna Treloar, Pendleton - Treloar batted .420 for the Buckaroos in 2007, with 24 RBI's, two home runs and 10 doubles. She led the team with total bases (50) and slugging percentage (.617).

Sara Roach, Pendleton - Roach batted .363 and led the Buckaroos in RBI's with 34. She had four home runs, nine doubles and a slugging percentage of .593.

Josie Pritchard, Riverside - Pritchard knocked in 17 runs for the Pirates with a batting average of .500, an on-base percentage of .585 and a slugging percentage of .794.

Brittney McCullough, Riverside - McCullough tied for the team lead in RBI's with 21 with a batting average of .485 in 2007.

Outfield: Oshana Sampson, Weston-McEwen - Sampson posted a fielding percentage of .846 for the TigerScots and drove in 16 runs with a batting average of .263.

Heather Hancock, Riverside - Hancock batted .464 for the Pirates with an on-base percentage of .579 and eight RBI's.

Tiffinie Banker, Hermiston - Banker batted .313 in 2007 with 20 RBI's, seven doubles, two triples and one home run. She had a fielding percentage of .850.

Utility: Aftan Betsinger, Heppner - Betsinger batted .515 for the Mustangs with nine RBI's and just two strike outs.

Designated player: Courtney Hancock, Riverside - Hancock led the Pirates in runs (27) and batting average (.571) this past season. She had 10 RBI's.

Second team:

Pitcher: Alex Hillmick, Pendleton - As a freshman, Hillmick went 13-6 for the Buckaroos with six complete games. She struck out 112 batters while walking 19 and posted an ERA of 1.83.

Noelle Wright, Irrigon - Wright led Irrigon in hits batting average (.423) and on-base percentage (.506). She had 14 RBI's and an ERA of 1.96. She struck out 59 batters while walking 10.

Ashley Martinez, Echo - Martinez posted an ERA of 2.11 for the Cougars with 81 strikeouts and 23 walks. She batted .381 with 13 RBI's and seven doubles.

Catcher: Becky Schiller, Pilot Rock - Schiller led the Rockets in on-base percentage and allowed just one passed ball in her 12 league games behind the plate.

Regi Seitz, Heppner - Seitz was forced to catch for the Mustangs in her senior year after starting at third since her freshman year. She threw out eight of 14 base runners and hit seven RBI's.

Infield: Tia Johnson, Irrigon - Johnson led the Knights in extra base hits and RBI's. She hit .351 with six doubles, three triples and 15 RBI's.

Elisha Ena, Hermiston - Ena hit .338 for the Bulldogs in 2007 with two home runs, three doubles and 14 RBI's.She had a fielding percentage of .959.

Christina Barkley, Pilot Rock - Barkley posted 17 hits, 17 RBI's (both team highs) and also led the Rockets in extra-base hits and batting average.

Sarah Wilson, Riverside - Wilson batted .412 18 runs and six RBI's for the Pirates. She had an on-base percentage of .524.

Outfield: Brittney Oles, Pendleton - Oles averaged .302 from the plate with 12 RBI's, three doubles, one triple and one home run for the Buckaroos.

Taylor Kempas, Heppner - Kempas hit .289 in 2007 with zero strikeouts.

Alivia Winnett, Pilot Rock - Winnett was second in batting average, hits and extra-base hits for the Rockets.

Utility: Monica Peters, Hermiston - Peters was .321 from the plate with 11 RBI's, three doubles and an on-base percentage of .500.

Leslie Coffman, Irrigon - Coffman batted .390 on the season with 13 RBI's, 16 runs and 14 stolen bases.

Honorable mention:

Kelli Demianew, Pendleton - Demianew was 5-1 for the Buckaroos with an ERA of 1.75. She struck out 65 batters and walked 19.

Lindzey Ramos, Hermiston - Ramos batted .287 with 12 RBI's for the Bulldogs and had seven doubles, two triples and one home run.

Ariel Schock, Irrigon - Schock batted .313 wit h14 stolen bases and 13 runs.

Kelsey Hasenbank, Weston-McEwen - Hasenbank batted .333 with seven RBI's for the TigerScots in their tournament run as a designated player.

Stephane Oles, Pendleton - Oles batted .289 and led the Buckaroos in home runs with five. She had 16 RBI's.
