IRRIGON 44, PILOT ROCK 28 Ana Zacharias led the Knights to a home win over Pilot Rock on Thursday.

Zacharias scored 26 points and shot 11 of 17 from the field and hit 4 of 8 at the line. Ayana Aguilar led the Rockets with eight points.

Irrigon (5-0) travels to Stevenson, Washington, on Saturday. Pilot Rock (0-1) plays Elgin at the Enterprise Winter Classic on Friday.

Boys’ hoops

IRRIGON 52, PILOT ROCK 37 — The Knights improved to 5-0 on the season with a nonleague win over the Rockets at home.

Keith Fleming and Lino Covarrubia each posted 11 points for the Knights, which will play Grant Union on Friday.
