REDMOND — Shelby and Haley Greg find themselves in fourth and fifth place after Day One at the Special #2 District tournament at Eagle Ridge in Redmond.

While the pair sit in great shape to be among the top 10 individuals to advance to the state tournament, the team has more work to do. Pendleton currently sits in sixth place, 19 strokes off of the fourth place cut line currently held by both Crater and rival Hermiston.

Shelby Greg shot a 5-over 77 and Haley Greb shot a 6-over 78 but everyone is looking up at Crater’s Kiana Oshior who shot a first day best 70.

No Bulldog player recored a top 10 score, but their each of their top four players sit in the top 21 places led by Madison Welch’s 86.

Summit has seemingly run away from the field and holds a 40-strok team lead over second place Bend.

Action will wrap up today at Eagle Ridge.
