PRINEVILLE — No cowboy has won more in the history of rodeo than Trevor Brazile, and the Decatur record-setter added another title over the weekend at the 69th annual Crooked River Round-Up.

Brazile won more than $3,000 in steer roping, team roping and tie-down roping to claim the all-around title over Garrett Hale of Snyder, Texas (toe-down, steer roping).

It was his 16th all-around win of the season already, and Brazile has a twofold lead in the season all-around on second-place Tuf Cooper.

Cooper, also of Decatur, won the tie-down roping aggregate in a time of 17.0 on three.

The Crooked River Round-Up is part of the Columbia River Circuit and several locals were able to earn money toward the season standings with strong rounds.

Next on the CRC schedule is the St. Paul Rodeo which runs Wednesday through Saturday.
