PORTLAND - Carlos Siqueiros of San Jose, Calif., won Sunday's Portland Marathon.

Siqueiros, 26, finished with a time of 2:25:27, three minutes ahead of Scott Nicholas, 34.

Mayu Horiki, 29, of Japan won the women's race, edging Laurie Porter of Brush Prairie, Wash., by three seconds. Porter, 46, was also the runner-up in 2006.

Horiki's husband, Nobuhito, finished third in the men's race.
